  • Email address (for account creation and authentication via Supabase)
  • Organization details (name, settings) when you create or join organizations
  • Payment information (processed securely through Tezos blockchain - we do not store credit card details)

IPFS Content Data:

  • Files you upload for pinning to IPFS
  • IPFS hashes you request to be pinned
  • Metadata associated with your pinned content
  • File names and organization structure

Tezos Wallet Data:

  • Tezos wallet addresses you add for monitoring (when this feature is available)
  • NFT metadata from your monitored wallets for automatic pinning

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Analytics Data:

  • We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage statistics
  • This includes page views, session duration, and general usage patterns
  • No personally identifiable information is tracked through analytics
  • IP addresses are anonymized and not stored

Error Tracking:

  • We use Sentry for anonymous bug tracking and error monitoring
  • Error reports contain technical information but no personal data
  • This helps us improve service reliability and fix issues

Service Usage Data:

  • Pin status and processing information
  • Storage usage and bandwidth consumption
  • API usage statistics for rate limiting and service optimization

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide IPFS Pinning Services: Process and pin your content to IPFS networks
  • Account Management: Authenticate users and manage organization memberships
